For owner-operated trades and home-service businesses

Make your business easier to hire.

Calls come in while you are working. Texts get buried. Quotes wait too long. Payments feel awkward. Reviews get missed. I clean up the business side so customers can find you, contact you, approve the job, pay you, and leave a review.

No giant system. No one-size-fits-all setup. Just a practical first look and a clear next step.

A cleaner customer path

New customer reaches out
Quick reply goes out
Quote gets approved
Payment step is clear
Review request sent

Good jobs get lost in the small stuff.

It is not one big mistake. It is the call you miss, the text you forget, the quote that sits, or the review you never ask for.

How it starts.

1

Free First Look

Send the basics, where customers find you, and what feels messy.

2

Quick follow-up

I review what I can see and may ask a few quick questions so the recommendation fits how your business actually works.

3

Clear next step

I’ll point out the main issues I notice, recommend where I’d start, and quote the work before any paid work starts.

No giant package upfront. No guessing from a form alone. We start where it is most likely costing trust, time, or jobs.

About Wes

Start where it will help most.

The Free First Look helps figure out where customers are getting stuck, often your Google profile, website, missed calls, follow-up, payments, or reviews. If you want help, I’ll scope the work before any paid work starts.

Focused cleanup

Best when one issue is costing trust, calls, reviews, or follow-up.

May start around $495 to $695.

Common starting points:

  • Google Business Profile cleanup
  • Missed-call or text follow-up
  • Review request setup
  • Quote, payment, or deposit step

Larger setup

Best when several parts of the customer path need to work together.

Most projects start around $995 to $1,295.

What gets connected:

  • How customers find you and contact you
  • Follow-up after calls or texts
  • Quote, approval, payment, or deposit step
  • Review request and clear instructions

No paid work starts until the scope is clear.

Software or monthly tool costs are separate and discussed before setup.

Questions owners usually ask first.

Is this just a website service?

No. A website may be part of the fix, but I look at the full customer path: Google profile, first impression, missed calls, texts, follow-up, quotes, payments, and reviews.

Can you fix just one thing?

Yes. If one issue is causing the most friction, we can start there. That might be your Google profile, missed-call follow-up, review requests, quote step, payment step, or another clear bottleneck.

How long does a cleanup usually take?

Smaller cleanups are often measured in days, not months. Larger setups depend on the scope, tools, and how much needs to be cleaned up. I’ll give you a clear next step before any paid work starts.

Will I have to switch tools or hand over accounts?

Not automatically. I try to keep what already works. If a tool change would help, I’ll explain why before anything changes. You stay in control of your accounts.

Are there monthly software costs?

Sometimes, depending on what we set up. Phone, texting, scheduling, payment, review, or website tools may have their own costs. I’ll point those out before setup so there are no surprises.

What happens during the Free First Look?

I review what you send, look at what customers can see now, and point out the main issues I notice. If a short follow-up would help, I’ll ask a few questions before recommending where I’d start. Paid setup work is scoped separately.
