I’m Wes Robertson. I built The Pro Setup after years in business operations, real estate, and renovation work, where I saw good trades lose time and trust over missed calls, scattered follow-up, unclear quotes, awkward payment steps, and weak online first impressions.
The work was usually good. The business side just did not show it.
I’ve worked on the business side of real jobs.
Since 2009, I’ve worked in business operations. Since 2011, I’ve also worked in real estate and renovation. Along the way, I’ve helped doctors, contractors, real estate investors, and property managers find where work was getting stuck and make it easier with clearer processes, better tools, or both.
In practice, that could mean calls coming in while people were working, texts piling up, quotes waiting, awkward payment steps, or a website or Google page that did not match the quality of the work.
Those small breakdowns affected how customers judged the business before they ever saw the finished job.
Good work should be easier to hire.
The Pro Setup exists to help the business side match the quality of the work.
