I’m Wes Robertson. I built The Pro Setup after years in business operations, real estate, and renovation, finding where work gets stuck and how to fix it.
The work was usually good. The business side just did not show it.
Experience built around practical problem-solving.
Since 2009, I’ve worked in business operations. Since 2011, I’ve also worked in real estate and renovation. That experience taught me how quickly missed calls, scattered follow-up, unclear quotes, awkward payment steps, or a weak first impression can slow good work down.
Now I use that experience to help small trades get the everyday business side working better without adding unnecessary complexity.
