I look for the everyday gaps that can make it harder for a customer to hire you.

  • Quotes, approvals and payment steps
  • Scheduling, job organization and the tools you already use
  • Reviews, referrals and repeat-customer follow-up

You’ll get the main issues I notice, what I’d leave alone, and the first place I’d start. Think Keep / Fix / Add / Ignore, not a full audit or generic checklist.

If paid work makes sense, that could be a Focused Fix, a standalone website, or The Pro Cleanup. You do not need to buy a broader cleanup to get help with a specific problem.
