Is The Pro Setup a good fit for me?
The Pro Cleanup is best for established trades and local service businesses with customer-side problems to straighten out. Starting a business, need a website, or just want one specific thing fixed? You can hire me for that too.
Will you get me more leads?
The Pro Setup is not an ad or lead-generation agency. I focus on the customers and opportunities you already have: making it easier to reach you, follow up, hire you, pay you, and recommend you. Better Google information, reviews, and customer experience can improve trust and credibility, but I do not promise a certain number of leads.
Can you help with AI and automation?
Yes. If AI or automation can genuinely save time or improve a process, I can help figure out where it fits. If a simpler process or tool works better, I will tell you that too. AI still needs the right problem, process, and human judgment behind it.
What if I need a new website?
Yes. A new website can be a project on its own; you do not need to buy a Pro Cleanup. I handle the wording, build, and launch using your business details and approval. Your quote lists the pages, features, revisions, and support. You review a preview before it goes live.
Do you work outside Michigan?
Yes. I work with trades and local service businesses nationwide and handle most work remotely. If you’re in Metro Detroit and prefer to meet in person, we can do that when it makes sense.
What support is included, and can you help afterward?
Focused Fix includes approximately 14 days of support; The Pro Cleanup includes approximately 30 days. This covers questions, corrections, and reasonable adjustments related to the included work. Website quotes specify launch support and how future changes are handled.
Beyond that included support, I offer optional ongoing help with small updates, process improvements, and business tools. We agree on what I’ll handle and the price before work begins.
You can also hire me only when something comes up. There is no required monthly plan.
What if I’m not good with technology?
I handle the setup and testing. You provide the business details and approve the work, and complete any required account-owner steps. I will show you what you need to use and what still needs your attention.
Are there monthly software costs?
Some projects need a domain, hosting, forms, or other software. I will show you any setup costs, recurring costs, and optional services before you approve the work. There is no required Pro Setup retainer. I recommend only tools that fit, and I will disclose any partner or referral benefit.
